  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, is required.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The software has been used for illegal purposes or violates the qikfox End-User License Agreement (EULA).

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

For customers on a subscription plan:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused portions of an active subscription after the 30-day refund period. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following period.

Return of Physical Products

If you purchased a physical copy of the qikfox Safe Browser + Antivirus software (such as a CD or USB), it must be returned in its original packaging along with any included materials. Please contact customer support for return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Refunds for physical products will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
